However, it should provide you with a quick overview of the tools, departments, and processes available from Classic Exhibits.

Training Programs and Departments

Training: We encourage new distributors to visit Classic Exhibits at our design and manufacturing facility in Portland, OR. You are welcome to visit us at any time. Twice a year, we conduct Shared Knowledge University, a two-day comprehensive training program with Classic Exhibits Industry Partners. Enrollment is limited to 30-35 attendees. If you attend SKU, Classic will pay for your lodging and meals while you are here. Contact your Regional Manager for more information:  Reid Sherwood (Eastern) or Jen LaBruzza (Western).

In addition, all new distributors and account executives should schedule the following training sessions ASAP:

  • Introduction to Classic Exhibits Products: Conducted by your regional manager (Jen LaBruzza or Reid Sherwood), this 30 min session summarizes the Classic product line and provides suggestions on how to work with Design and Project Management.
  • Exhibit Design Search: Conducted by the VP of Marketing and Business Development, Mel White, this 60 minute GoToMeeting session reviews the features and benefits of Exhibit Design Search and summarizes the Classic product line. Trust us on this . . . this session will make a huge difference to your knowledge of Classic products and processes. 

Departments: You may have already been in touch with Sales and Marketing. However, much of your daily communication will be with the Design and Customer Service/Project Management Departments at Classic. 

The Design Department handles your design and rendering requests. You can contact them via email at designs@classicexhibits.com. The Creative Director is Katina Rigall (katina@classicexhibits.com) or 503-652-2100. If you would rather complete your own renders using our kits, just let us know. We're happy to share our 3DS files via our FTP site. Contact Design or your Regional Manager for the username and password.

The Customer Service/Project Management Department handles all quotes, orders, setup instructions, graphic dims, and any general questions. You can contact them via email at projects@classicexhibits.com or 503-652-2100. 

Lead-times: Published lead times are on our website. In general, most 10 ft. kits are 10 business days, most 20 ft. kits are 15 business days, and most islands are 20 business days. When possible, Classic will accommodate shorter lead times, but rush fees may apply.

  • Production lead times are based on business days and DO NOT include any shipping days.
  • Production-ready artwork (when applicable) must accompany the order confirmation.
  • No order will be released to Production without a signed order confirmation.
  • Orders received after 11 am PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping is based on the availability of materials and graphics. Additional charges may apply if materials or graphics must be expedited.
  • Shorter lead times may be available based on schedule openings in Customer Service and Production. Rush fees may apply.
  • Standard lead times do not apply to orders of multiple quantities.
  • Please check for product availability on ALL RENTAL exhibits in the Rental Gallery.

Exhibit Design Search

Exhibit Design Search (EDS): Exhibit Design Search is the world's largest database of exhibits and accessories featuring products from Classic Exhibits, Optima Graphics, Brumark Flooring, Display Supply and Lighting, CORT, and Eco-systems Sustainable Displays.

Past Five Days, Peek-a-Booth, and Trade Show Tales Blog

Past Five Days: We take photos of every exhibit we build. Many are featured on Past Five Days (P5D), an online gallery of photos we update every business day. To see P5D, click on the P5D Gallery on the Classic Home Page or the Exhibit Photos link in Exhibit Design Search. 


Peek-a-Booth Webcams: There are five live webcams in our facility with pan and zoom features. Three are in the purchase Setup Area, and two are in the Rental Area. Peek-a-Booth allows you or your customer to preview your exhibit before it ships.

Design Monday, Email Broadcasts, and Tradeshow Tales Blog: Classic relies on several marketing tools to communicate with our distributors. Every Monday, we send an email (Design Monday) to distributors showcasing three new trade show exhibit designs. Periodically, we send e-broadcasts announcing specials, new products, training webinars, and updates. We use our blog, Trade Show Tales, to announce new products, specials, industry trends, and insights at Classic Exhibits. Kevin Carty, the VP of Sales, writes a weekly blog about the exhibit industry called "Word on the Street." 

Unbranded versions of Classic promotional materials are available for distributors to use. Contact your Regional Manager for details.

Search for Setup Instructions: On the bottom of the Home Page of the Classic website, you will see a search box for setup instructions. Should your customer ever lose their setup instructions, they can retrieve it simply by entering their job number. Their job number is listed on a sticker on the inside of most cases, crates, and tubs. 

If you would like to see a typical copy of Classic's setup instructions, enter 31790 into the Search for Setup Instructions.

Classic Rental Solutions: Rentals is a separate division of Classic Exhibits. Our rental program is very flexible. If an existing rental kit does not match your client requirements, let us know.
